It has been cool & springlike while we have been here, and sometimes windy. It was particuarly cool that day, and we were up in a high, windy spot on a hill. Poor Kathleen was stuck without a jacket for most of this day - a snafu with her jacket being on another bus - and she was really cold!
I am surprised to see you in a jacket. Guessing it is cool and windy.
